IP 88-7 Teacher education and learning to teach: A research agenda.
Abstract
The work of the National Center for Teacher Education is focused on the question: What do teacher education programs contribute to the learning of teachers? This paper provides conceptual definition for key research terms, describes the data collection strategies being used by Center staff, and discusses the contributions and limitations of the Center's research endeavors.
